This includes\nwin trading and any other kind of manipulation of rankings, taking advantage of\nerrors in the Service to gain an unfair edge over other players, and any other\nact that intentionally abuses or goes against the design of the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022\nDisrupt, overburden, or assist in the disruption or overburdening of any\ncomputer or server (\u201cServer\u201d) used to offer or support the Service or any Zzodo\nGames game environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022\nInstitute, assist, or become involved in any type of attack, including without\nlimitation distribution of a virus, denial of service attacks upon the Service,\nor other attempts to disrupt the Service or any other person\u2019s use or enjoyment\nof the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Attempt\nto gain unauthorized access to the Service, Accounts registered to others, or\nto the computers, Servers, or networks connected to the Service by any means\nother than the user interface provided by Zzodo Games, including but not\nlimited to by circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify,\nor encouraging or assisting any other person to circumvent or modify any\nsecurity, technology, device, or software that is part of the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Post\nany information that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libellous,\nor that is racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or\noffensive or engage in ongoing toxic behaviour, such as by repeatedly posting\ninformation on an unsolicited basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Post\nany information that contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject\nmatter or that contains a link to such content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Attempt\nto harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate incite, or carry out harassment, abuse,\nor harm of another person or group, including Zzodo Games\u2019 employees, Zzodo\nGames\u2019 customer service representatives, and Zzodo Games\u2019 support staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Make\navailable through the Service any material or information that infringes any\ncopyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of privacy, right of\npublicity, or other right of any person or entity or that impersonates any\nother person, including without limitation a Zzodo Games employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Reverse\nengineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive the\nsource code for any underlying software or other intellectual property used to\nprovide the Service or any Zzodo Games game, or to obtain any information from\nthe Service or any Zzodo Games game using any method not expressly permitted by\nZzodo Games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Collect\nor post anyone\u2019s private information, including personally identifiable\ninformation (whether in text, image or video form), identification documents,\nor financial information through the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Zzodo\nGames reserves the right to determine what conduct it considers to be in\nviolation of the rules of use or otherwise outside the intent or spirit of\nthese Terms of Service or the Service itself. Zzodo Games\nreserves all rights, including without limitation, all intellectual property\nrights or other proprietary rights in connection with its games and the\nService.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.2. Virtual Goods & Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Zzodo\nGames owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to use all of the content\nthat appears in the Service or in Zzodo Games\u2019 games. Submission of User Content<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cUser\nContent\u201d means any communications, images, sounds, and all the material, data,\nand information that you upload or transmit through a Zzodo Games game client\nor the Service, or that other users upload or transmit, including without\nlimitation any chat text. By transmitting or submitting any User Content while\nusing the Service, you affirm, represent, and warrant that such transmission or\nsubmission is (a) accurate and not confidential or misleading; (b) not in\nviolation of any laws, contractual restrictions or other third party rights,\nand that you have permission from any third party whose personal information or\nintellectual property is comprised in the User Content; (c) free of viruses,\nadware, spyware, worms or other malicious code; and (d) you acknowledge and\nagree that any of your personal information within such content will at all\ntimes be processed by Zzodo Games in accordance with its Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.1.1. Content Screening<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Zzodo\nGames assumes no responsibility for the conduct of any user submitting any User\nContent, and assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Service for\ninappropriate content or conduct. We do not, and cannot, pre-screen or monitor\nall User Content. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. By using the\nService, you may be exposed to User Content that is offensive, indecent or\notherwise not in line with your expectations. You bear all risks associated\nwith the use of any User Content available in connection with the Service. Information Use by Other Members of the\nService<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.2.1. Public Discourse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The\nService may include various forums, blogs and chat features where you can post\nUser Content, including your observations and comments on designated topics. Zzodo\nGames cannot guarantee that other members will not use the ideas and\ninformation that you share. Therefore, if you have an idea or information that\nyou would like to keep confidential and\/or don\u2019t want others to use, do not\npost it on the Service. Zzodo Games shall have no responsibility to evaluate,\nuse or compensate you for any ideas or information you may choose to submit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.2.2. Responsible For Your Own Content<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n You are\nsolely responsible for the information that you post on, through or in\nconnection with the Service and that you provide to others. Zzodo Games may\nreject, refuse to post or delete any User Content for any or no reason,\nincluding, but not limited to, User Content that in the sole judgment of Zzodo\nGames violates these Terms of Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.2.3. Your License to <\/strong>Zzodo Games<\/p>\n\n\n\n You\nhereby grant to Zzodo Games an irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, fully\npaid-up, royalty-free, worldwide license (including the right to sublicense and\nassign to third party) and right to copy, reproduce, fix, adapt, modify, create\nderivative works from, manufacture, commercialize, publish, distribute, sell,\nlicense, sublicense, transfer, lease, transmit, publicly display, publicly\nperform, or provide access to electronically, broadcast, communicate to the\npublic by telecommunication, display, perform, enter into computer memory, and\nuse and practice, in any way, your User Content as well as all modified and\nderivative works thereof in connection with our provision of the Service,\nincluding marketing and promotions of the Service. You also hereby grant to Zzodo\nGames the right to authorize others to exercise any of the rights granted to Zzodo\nGames under these Terms of Service. You further hereby grant to Zzodo Games the\nunconditional, irrevocable right to use and exploit your name, likeness and any\nother information or material included in any User Content and in connection\nwith any User Content, without any obligation to you. Except as prohibited by\nlaw, you waive any rights of attribution and\/or any moral rights you may have\nin your User Content, regardless of whether your User Content is altered or\nchanged in any manner. User Interactions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n You are\nsolely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Service and\nany other parties with whom you interact through the Service and\/or Zzodo Games\u2019\ngames. Zzodo Games reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become\ninvolved in any way with these disputes. You will fully cooperate with Zzodo\nGames to investigate any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity,\nincluding, without limitation, granting Zzodo Games access to any\npassword-protected portions of your Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have\na dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors,\nagents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and\ndamages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown,\narising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.1.Purchases<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In the\nService you may purchase, with \u201creal world\u201d money, a limited, personal,\nnon-transferable, non-sub licensable, revocable license to use (a) \u201cvirtual\ncurrency\u201d, including but not limited to virtual cash, gems or items, all for\nuse in Zzodo Games\u2019 games; (b) \u201cvirtual in-game items\u201d (together with \u201cvirtual\ncurrency\u201d, \u201cVirtual Items\u201d); and (c) other goods or services (\u201cMerchandise\u201d).\nYou are only allowed to purchase Virtual Items from us or our authorised\npartners through the Service, and not in any other way. Zzodo Games may manage,\nregulate, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Items and\/or Merchandise at any\ntime, with or without notice. Zzodo Games shall have no liability to you or any\nthird party in the event that Zzodo Games exercises any such rights. The\ntransfer of Virtual Items and Merchandise is prohibited except where expressly\nauthorized in the Service. Other than as expressly authorized in the Service,\nyou shall not sell, purchase, redeem or otherwise transfer Virtual Items or\nMerchandise to any person or entity or attempt any of the aforesaid, including\nbut not limited to Zzodo Games, another user or any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ALL\nPURCHASES AND REDEMPTIONS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS MADE THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE FINAL\nAND NON-REFUNDABLE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The\nprovision of Virtual Items for use in Zzodo Games\u2019 games is a service provided\nby Zzodo Games that commences immediately upon acceptance by Zzodo Games of\nyour purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You understand that the Service is an evolving one. Additionally, any provision, condition, or requirement of these\nTerms of Service or the Zzodo Games Privacy Policy expresses waived shall not\nconstitute a waiver for any future obligation to comply with the terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Except as expressly and specifically set forth in these Terms, no representations, statements, waivers, consents, or other acts or omissions by Zzodo Games shall be deemed a modification of these Terms of Service nor legally binding, unless documented in physical writing, hand signed by a duly appointed officer of Zzodo Games and by You.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8.4 Supplemental Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Zzodo\nGames may publish additional policies related to specific services such as\ncommunity forums, contests or special events.
