Zzodo Games operates a number of websites including zzodogames.com, zzodo.com. It is Zzodo Games policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we collect while operating our websites.

Child Protection

We do not knowingly contact or do business with children under 13 years of age. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child under the age of 13 has attempted to contact and/or do business with us, please advise us by email at support@zzodo.com so that we may rectify the situation.

Our Apps and our website are not aimed at children under 13 years of age. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that our Apps may unintentionally appeal to children.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information, nor do we intentionally direct interest-based advertising to anyone under the age of 13 years.

If you believe that we have inadvertently collected information from a person under the age of 13, please contact us at support@zzodo.com and the information will be permanently deleted. We do not permit behaviourally targeted advertising to children under the age of 13 years.

Advertisements from third party ad networks may be displayed in our Apps. All reasonable endeavours are used to ensure that these ad networks comply with all applicable legislation in the provision of their services towards us.

If you click on any advertisements through our Apps, the advertisers may use cookies and other web-tracking technologies to collect data, to provide targeted advertisements to you. Some of this may be personal information, and some of it non-personal information. Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Zzodo Games collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Zzodo Games’ purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Zzodo Games visitors use its website. Periodically, Zzodo Games releases non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Zzodo Games also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on our blogs. Zzodo Games only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.

Comments

Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Zzodo Games uses cookies to help Zzodo Games identify and track visitors, their usage of Zzodo Games website, and their website access preferences. For instance, Zzodo Games can monitor the most popular pages on the list25.com site or use spam screened by the Akismet service to help identify spam. Zzodo Games may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Zzodo Games does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data
